First, we will begin by explaining, what is the tracker and what is the science behind it.

A tracker is a device that sends its live location in different ways such as Bluetooth, RF “Radio Frequency, LTE, 3G, 4G, or even GSM, it has a sensor that can detect the current location in X, Y, Z, and broadcast or send it to the paired device, called GPS!

How do Trackers work?

You will need to pair it with something to be able to communicate with it and locate the device. Some devices will be in two parts, one as a sender and the other as a locator or receiver.

Modern technologies allow us to use smartphones as a locator while the new senders or trackers could be both sender and receiver at the same time which is called passive connection.

This one here is a little expensive, but we think it’s great compared with some other products,  what is good about these is that you can build it in with any network, again this is a live situation, please make sure to test it very well before depending on it.

Besides. we think we can tweak it and increase battery time, the only downside we could find is its weight, this is 250 g without the belt, so it might not be a good fit for small-size dogs.
