New World Records with Xiaomi HyberCharge
Here we go again folks, with this post ” New World Records with Xiaomi HyberCharge “. Xiaomi is taking us to the next level in the charging tech. A few days ago, Xiaomi announced on Twitter about HyberCharge tech.
They tested their technology on a custom-built Mi 11 Pro with a 4000 mAh battery cell. Xiaomi used the regular model charging at 120W wireless and 200W with wires.
Xiaomi said that this is a new world record, it took just 8 minutes to make the phone fully charged using 200w Charger. Also, it takes 15 minutes to make a phone fully charged using a 120w charger.
On Xiaomi HyberCharge New World records
Xiaomi released a video on Twitter showing us the experiment. I can say, it was an amazing video, can you believe it!
It was very good results, with the 200w HyberCharger, it needed just 44 seconds to get the battery cell from 0 to 10% and in 3 minutes it reached 50%. In the end, the phone was fully charged in just 8 minutes, such amazing result folks.
You can see a timer beside the Mi 11 Pro and a timing gear that showed the actual wattage through the whole process.
In addition, with the120w HyberCharger – wireless, it needed just one minute to get the battery cell from 0 to 10% and in 7 minutes it reached 50%. In the end, the phone was fully charged in just 15 minutes, Wow.
Xiaomi made earlier experiments on the fast-charging technology. They unveiled for instance:
- In 17 minutes, a 4000 mAh battery gets fully charged using a 100W charger.
- In 23 minutes, a 4500 mAh battery gets fully charged using a 120W charger.
Chinese smartphone companies are battling on this tech, they are trying to make it as good as possible.
