4. You’ll see an icon “Create PDF Document“, click on it.
5. Name the PDF file, then locate it in the place you want.
6. In the Save Adobe PDF File As dialog box, check “open file after publishing” if you want to open your new PDF file.
7. You can set the options you want for your PDF file.
8.  Finally, click Publish.

How to print a PDF in MS office

1. Open your Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document, if it’s not already open.
2. Then, choose File > Print.
3. In the Print dialog box, you can adjust the settings, such as which pages you need to print.
4. Click on Print.
5. In the save dialog, name the file, locate it. Then click Save.

How to convert an Excel file to a PDF

1. Open the desired file.
2. Click on the “File” tab.
3. Choose “Save As” from the side list.
4. Click Browse.
5. In a save dialog, select PDF from the drop-down list.
6. Name the file and locate it in the place you want.
7. Click Options.
8. You can publish what you want, so you choose a selection, active sheet, or entire workbook.
9. Click OK.
10. Also, you can check the box “ Open file after publishing “.
11. Then click Save.

How to make a PDF on Mac

1. On your Mac, open the desired document that you need to save as a PDF.
2. Choose File > Print.
3. Click the PDF pop-up menu.
4. Choose Save as PDF.
5. Then write the name you want for the document.
6. Then choose its location that you want.
7. Enter any information you want in the Author, Title, Keywords fields, and Subject.
8. Click on security options if you need to protect your document with a password. 

How to make a PDF from Google docs

1. Type drive.google.com in your URL and press enter.
2. Sign in with your Google account.
3. Select a document that you want to download as a PDF.
4. Open it.
5. Go to “File”, then click “Download as”.
6. Finally, choose “PDF Document”.
7. Then you can find the pdf file in your downloads or you can choose where you want to save it.
8. Now, go to the file in the folders.
9. Open your PDF to make sure it will successfully open.
